The travel insurance program is extended to individual employees. Family members are also covered, provided they travel with Ayala employees.

For those traveling abroad, remember you have 24/7 access to our BPI MS Travel Assistance hotline: +632 8231 3922. Be sure to save this number in case of emergencies while traveling.

  1. Business Trip Payments

For business trips, there’s no need to pay upfront for your insurance. You’ll receive your COIC right after booking, and payment will be handled through your company’s standard billing. HR will also be notified, ensuring everything is in order for your upcoming travel plans.

  1. Schengen Travel Requirements

If you’re traveling to the EU with a group, each traveler must secure their Confirmation of Insurance Coverage (COIC) individually to meet Schengen travel regulations.

  1. Tax Identification Number (TIN)

In compliance with the EOPT Act, when booking personal travel insurance, you will be asked to provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN). If your TIN is the older 12-digit format, just add two zeros at the end to convert it to 14 digits. If a minor traveler (aged 1-21) or an individual without a TIN is traveling, simply enter 00000000000000 (14 zeros) in place of a TIN when asked.
