Coverage

For Employees

    • Temporary and Permanent filling
    • Oral prophylaxis (2x a year)
    • Root canal
    • Simple tooth extraction or treatment of all decayed teeth
    • Diagnosis and treatment of all tooth ailments and diseases of the mouth
    • X-ray services when necessary
    • Treatment of pyorrhea and allied diseases or ailments of the gums and necessary medicine applied in the clinic
    • Treatment of accidents, swelling of gums and toothache
    • The company grants a P1,000 fixed subsidy for each tooth that needs dental jackets. The employee pays for all other dental appliances such as retainers, braces and dentures

Dental procedures not included in the list of dental benefits will be for the account of the employee/qualified dependents.
