Objectives

Why do we want to do this?

AC Thankful and Grateful Wall is here to celebrate the team players who go the extra mile in their work and recognize those who embody the corporation’s values through their everyday actions, decisions, and choices. We want to celebrate great work and the teamwork, support, and encouragement that leaders and peers bring to make it all happen.

Who qualifies?

All members of Ayala Corporation are eligible to nominate and be nominated for the position. Note that you may nominate up to three teams and three individuals from a different unit each quarter.

An employee qualifies if they showcase…

The ability to imagine it better and use their experience to make thoughtful decisions, push boundaries, and be bold (intelligently!) to create meaningful change in what we do.

The value of doing what is right by taking responsibility and accountability for their choices, focusing on fairness and not just results, and keeping the needs of others in mind (while still taking care of themself!).

They demonstrate the ability to inspire excellence by building comfortable spaces where we can all grow and lead by example.

They exhibit their expertise in creating value by aiming for solutions that benefit everyone (both in and out of the office!) and working with the community to make a bigger impact, treating their partners and peers as equals.
