Nine publicly listed companies in the Ayala group are holding annual stockholders meetings this week, starting April 23, with Bank of the Philippine Islands, which had a stellar 2023 and reported a record first quarter 2024 net income of P15.3 billion, and AREIT, Inc., which started with P27 billion in office assets under management in 2020 that has since grown to a more diversified portfolio valued at P87 billion.
"We move forward with a BPI that is highly digitalized, sustainability driven, and financially inclusive in delivering delightful customer experiences. I am excited at what the future holds for the bank and delighted to have our shareholders together with us on this journey."
JAIME AUGUSTO ZOBEL DE AYALA
BPI Chairman
"Thus, as we move forward in our journey of banking excellence anchored on trust and the best digital offers, I once again encourage each of you to embrace the spirit of our 172nd anniversary theme, ‘MORE with BPI.’ Let this be more than a theme; let it be a rallying cry that inspires us to push our boundaries, surpass expectations, and embrace the limitless possibilities that the future holds. Certainly, there is more we can achieve."
JOSE TEODORO K. LIMCAOCO

JOINT MESSAGE OF THE CHAIRPERSON AND THE PRESIDENT
“[AREIT] is by far the only Philippine REIT that has significantly grown in assets, income, and total shareholder return since inception. This remarkable journey amidst macroeconomic headwinds that would have otherwise set us back reflects our commitment to you, our valued shareholders.”
“AREIT tested unchartered waters, deliberately starting small but, with a firm belief, pursued successive asset infusions year after year. Today, we stand bolder, braver, and even better, strengthening AREIT as the country’s REIT benchmark.”
ANNA MA. MARGARITA B. DY
AREIT, Inc. Chairperson
CAROL T. MILLS
AREIT, Inc. President and CEO
