BPI Salary On-Demand heralds a new era where every day becomes an opportunity for both employers and employees to exercise greater control over their financial wellbeing, transforming the landscape of personal finance.

Employees no longer need to worry when bills and unforeseen expenses arise and money gets tight before payday.

Bank of the Philippine Islands has introduced BPI Salary On-Demand, a groundbreaking service that gives employees the flexibility to tap into their earnings as needed.

The innovation, launched in July last year, has already been adopted by several companies, whose employees are currently using this helpful and, in emergency cases, vital service. Employees simply download and register on the PayWage app, and in less than five minutes, their salary-to-date will be credited to their BPI payroll account.

BPI has also made it easy to onboard employers to the service, which works together with existing payroll systems. Moreover, there is no extra financial cost to employers because there are no hidden fees when their employees use BPI Salary On-Demand.

BPI Salary On-Demand is exclusive to companies that are payroll clients of the bank. Employees may inquire with their human resources department if their company is signed up for this facility. Meanwhile, companies interested in extending this service to their employees may contact their branch of account or their corporate relationship manager for assistance.
