ALLHC Expands in Pangasinan, Iloilo

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corporation has further strengthened its position in the industry with its subsidiaries’ acquisition of two logistics parks: 3M Pangasinan, located in Barangay Catbalan, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, and 3M Iloilo, located in Barangay Lupa, Santa Barbara, Iloilo. This expansion increases ALLHC’s reach in key regional hubs, enhancing its cold storage and dry warehousing capabilities.

Both newly acquired properties are equipped with cold storage facilities which will operate as Artico Urdaneta and Artico Iloilo, the sixth and seventh additions to ALLHC's Artico Cold Chain brand.

The properties add 11,200 pallet positions, bringing ALLHC’s total cold storage capacity to 31,500 pallet positions. Artico Urdaneta, easily accessible via Urdaneta-Mapandan Road and MacArthur Highway, features 7,400 pallet positions across 15 cold rooms, while Artico Iloilo, with direct connectivity via the Iloilo-Sta. Barbara Road, provides 3,800 pallet positions across eight cold rooms. Both sites are registered with the National Meat Inspection Service, Bureau of Plant Industry, and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.

The acquisition also expands ALLHC’s ALogis portfolio, adding over 15,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) and bringing its dry storage total GLA to approximately 355,000 square meters. These facilities cater to businesses in need of both temperature-controlled and dry storage solutions, particularly in Pangasinan and Iloilo, two regions known for their seafood and agricultural industries.
