Virendo: An ‘Elevated Verdant Haven’ in Davao

Ayala Land is strengthening its foothold in Mindanao with the launch of Virendo, its first high-end horizontal residential development in Davao under Ayala Land Premier. Located in Toril, just 16 kilometers from the city center, the residential enclave is designed as an exclusive, low density community within a master-planned, mixed-use estate.

Virendo takes its name from the Spanish words verde (green) and pausado (gentle/deliberate), a reflection of its vision as “an elevated verdant haven framed by Davao’s hills and shorelines.” The development offers 150 spacious residential lots ranging from 450 to 1,803 square meters, set against rolling terrain with natural waterways and panoramic views of the Mt. Apo-Talomo range and Davao Gulf.

ALP has already established key mixed-use estates in Davao City, including Abreeza, a 10-hectare development that integrates commercial, residential, and office spaces, and Azuela Cove, a 25 hectare waterfront estate in Lanang.
