Reimagining Filipino Hospitality

Ayala Land has unveiled a bold new chapter in its hospitality business, relaunching the brand with a sharper focus on authentic Filipino experiences and aggressive expansion.

Ayala Land Hospitality (ALH) is transforming the travel experience with its creative and diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts, each infused with Filipino warmth, artistry, and a deep connection to place.

ALH will invest more than $500 million in the next five years, with a goal to double its room inventory to 7,500 by 2030. The company’s portfolio spans homegrown brands like Seda Hotels, El Nido Resorts, and Huni Lio, and international luxury names such as Raffles Makati, Fairmont Makati, and the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Makati.

Said ALI SVP and Head of Leasing and Hospitality Mariana Zobel de Ayala: “At Ayala Land, hospitality has always been more than just a business. It’s an opportunity to shape experiences, elevate destinations, and contribute to community and nation building.”
