Redefining Urban Connectivity in Arca South
The groundbreaking of the Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITx) on February 3 marked a major milestone in the development of Arca South and paves the way for enhanced connectivity and mobility in Metro Manila.
The five-hectare transport hub is designed to accommodate up to 160,000 passengers and 5,200 vehicles daily, and will provide a seamless commuting experience for those taking the North-South Commuter Railway and Metro Manila Subway, upon their completion. TCITx itself is expected to be fully operational by 2028.
Arca South’s connectivity is strengthened by its link to the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway, or Skyway Stage 4, in cooperation with the Department of Transportation, Department of Public Works and Highways, Department of National Defense, Veterans Federation of the Philippines, the Toll Regulatory Board, and San Miguel Corporation. This integration establishes Arca South as a key gateway to Metro Manila and a major hub for public and private transport.
As Ayala Land continues to build vibrant and sustainable communities, transport infrastructure projects such as TCITx reinforce its commitment to enhancing urban mobility and fostering economic growth. With Arca South more connected than ever, the estate is set to redefine modern urban living and business opportunities in Metro Manila.
