Mariana Zobel de Ayala is First Female Rising Star Winner at PHL Property Awards

Ayala Land Senior Vice President for Leasing and Hospitality Mariana Zobel de Ayala has been named the 2024 Philippines Rising Star at the 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held on September 6 at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.

Zobel de Ayala is the country's first female winner of this award. She was chosen unanimously by the jury from Bridges, the official partner of the PropertyGuru awards, with support from editors of Property Report. The accolade recognizes "her exceptional contributions to the industry and her role in shaping the future of real estate in the Philippines."

During the gala ceremony, Ayala Land was named Best Sustainable Developer and Alveo Land was the winner of the first-ever Social Impact Award. Winning property developments included Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 for Best CBD Development; and Alveo Land's Viento at Cerca in Alabang, and Cerule at Solinea in Cebu City, for Best High-End Condo Development in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu, respectively.

Cited as "Highly Commended" were Alveo Land's Parkford Suites Legazpi and Patio Suites Abreeza; Ayala Land as Best Mixed-Use Developer; AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. as Best Industrial Developer; and Pampanga Technopark as Best Industrial Development.

The annual awards program is organized by the NYSE-listed PropertyGuru Group. Top winners in the Philippines will compete for "Best in Asia" at the Asia Property Awards to be held in December.
