FZA Visits Thriving Davao Estates

Ayala Board Director Fernando Zobel de Ayala visited Davao City in March to tour Ayala Land’s key estates, both established and in development. His itinerary included site visits to the flagship estate, Abreeza; the upcoming estate in Toril; and Azuela Cove, now a thriving waterfront estate.

Azuela Cove is a 25-hectare master-planned, mixed-use development in Lanang, Davao City, developed through a joint venture between ALI and the Alcantara Group. Formerly a wood factory, the site is being transformed into a premier waterfront destination featuring prime residential offerings with views of the Davao Gulf, retail components such as The Shops and Azuela High Street, an events venue, and the Seaside Promenade.

Meanwhile, Abreeza, a 10-hectare mixed-use development launched in 2011, is set for redevelopment to refresh and expand its retail, dining, and entertainment offerings. Home to Ayala Malls, Seda Hotel, corporate offices, and residential projects by Avida and Alveo, Abreeza is a premier lifestyle destination in the city. The planned upgrades aim to enhance the overall experience for shoppers, residents, and businesses, reinforcing Abreeza’s status as a key urban hub in Davao.
