'Collective Action, Lasting Impact'

Delegates of the 26th Ayala Young Leaders Congress with senior leaders and representatives from Ayala companies led by AC President and CEO Cezar "Bong" Consing, Public Affairs Group Head Rene Almendras, Chief Sustainability and Risk Officer Jaime Z. Urquijo, Corporate Strategy and Business Development Group Head Mark Uy, and Corporate Governance Group Head Franchette Acosta; ACMobility CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala; and AFI President Tony Lambino.

Fifty promising young leaders from across the country were called upon to serve as “steward leaders” during the 26th Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC), a key program within Ayala Foundation’s Leadership Development pillar. The theme for this year’s congress was “Collective Action, Lasting Impact.” Held from July 1 to 5 at Seda Nuvali, the congress featured inspirational talks, panel discussions, workshops, and community visits—all highlighting the importance of shared responsibility, collaboration, and safeguarding resources for the benefit of future generations.
