The Ayala Way Vol. 5 No. 130

A Tea and Chocolate Pairing Experience at Ayala Museum

As part of its 50th anniversary celebration, Ayala Museum is presenting a unique pairing experience of premium tea blends and artisanal chocolate on November 24.

To be led by Jamir Ocampo and Enzo Montano of Tsaa Laya and Carlos Ahorro of Theo & Philo, this event also includes a lecture on the museum's gold, ceramics, and textile exhibitions by curator Tenten Mina.

Tsaa Laya rediscovers the herbal traditions of the Philippines into an exquisite tea experience. As the Philippines’ premium tea brand, Tsaa Laya explores and promotes the local herbs, fruits, and spices from all over the country as modern tea ingredients.

Theo & Philo proudly honors high-quality local ingredients—from the cacao beans of Davao in Mindanao, where fertile land and temperate climates produce some of the best cacaos in the region, to the world-famous sugar of Bacolod—and the renowned craftmanship of Filipinos as it shares the distinct culture and flavors of the finest single-origin chocolates from this side of the world.

The event's discounted rate of P2,400 is extended to Ayala Museum members, Ayala Land Premier Circle members, Ayala group employees, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and students. The experience also includes an exclusive 20 percent discount on the Maharlika Collection, which includes a masterfully hand-painted cup-and-saucer set and a thoughtfully curated pairing of tea and chocolates.

Pre-registration is required to access to the event. Register by emailing concerts@ayalamuseum.org.
