“This international recognition affirms what we have always believed—that the Filipino servicemen deserve not only respect, but real, tangible support. Saludo sa Serbisyo is our tribute to their courage, and our promise to uplift their lives being a corporation existing for 191 years.”

INSPIRE EXCELLENCE · CREATE VALUE TOGETHER
Salute to Saludo sa Serbisyo
Saludo sa Serbisyo has impacted the lives of thousands of servicemen and their families through home and vehicle ownership, financial literacy, health missions and medicine donations, provision of laptops, employment of retired officers and dependents, livelihood for wounded soldiers, and “small brother–big brother” support for cooperatives, made possible by synergy within the Ayala group and with partners.
Saludo sa Serbisyo, Ayala’s flagship initiative for Filipino servicemen and their families, continues to transform lives. Since 2016, the program has expanded in scope, launched new partnerships, and deepened the impact of its core assistance programs across the Philippines.
Designed to respond to the most pressing needs of active and retired servicemen—including health and wellness, financial literacy, home and vehicle ownership, and career transition support—Saludo sa Serbisyo is now a full-scale, cross-industry effort that has empowered thousands.
As proof that public-private partnerships anchored in genuine service can create lasting and meaningful impact, Saludo sa Serbisyo was recently recognized with a Gold Award for Innovation in Community Relations or Public Service Communications at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards held in Seoul, South Korea.
Receiving Saludo sa Serbisyo’s award on behalf of Ayala are Principal Consultant for Strategic Communications and State Affairs Rene Almendras, Security Management Head Gen. (Ret.) Emmanuel Bautista, and program head Yaz Agustin, originator of the initiative.
