We share with the Ayala Foundation our aspirations and our commitment that beyond helping our scholars graduate, we will partner with them to deliver the Ginhawang Generika promise to more communities.

Generika President and CEO

The enrollment-to-employment track gives Generika access to some of the brightest pharmacy students in the country while also contributing to the growth of human capital in the community.

TONY LAMBINO
AFI President

Generika Drugstore, in partnership with Ayala Foundation, Inc. (AFI), is now offering its own Pharmacist Scholarship Program, an enrollment-to-employment program that seeks to empower BS Pharmacy students to become full-fledged and registered pharmacists. Aside from providing financial assistance for their education and licensure examination, the program also gives them the opportunity to build their career with the AC Health unit.

The two-year scholarship program is currently open to incoming third-year BS Pharmacy students in Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, Cebu Province, Bacolod City, Cagayan de Oro City, Butuan City, and the Davao Region.

Generika Drugstore President and CEO Atty. Yet Abarca underscored the importance of pharmacists since drugstores remain a common point of contact for many Filipinos with healthcare professionals. More Generika Drugstores with friendly and knowledgeable pharmacists improve the health of communities.

AFI President Tony Lambino said that the scholarship program is both a business solution and a way to support local communities and to achieve equitable, fair, and just socioeconomic development in the country.

The Generika Drugstore Pharmacist Scholarship Program is accepting applications until April 19. For more information, visit Generika | Pre-Eligibility 2024 (jotform.com), or follow #GinhawangGenerika and #DamangDamaMo on social media channels.
