Building and Leading Data-Driven Organizations
Two back-to-back executive training programs were held in early June to prepare the Ayala group’s senior executives to build and lead data-driven organizations.
In partnership with the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, the Ayala-NUS-ISS Data Leadership Program included interactive workshops, case studies, and real-world examples to teach data insights, creating a data-centric culture, and data-driven decision making. The three-day executive training, led by NUS-ISS Director of Graduate Programmes Dr. Mun Kew Leong and Chief of Data Science Practice Clara Lee, was participated in by more than 60 leaders from Ayala group and ALI group companies.
Ayala business units interested in this bespoke training program may reach out to AC Analytics, which can help connect them with NUS-ISS.
Ayala Land held its own workshop with NUS-ISS for 33 senior leaders from various strategic units on June 7 to 9 at Seda BGC
Executives from Ayala Corporation, AC Health, ACMobility, iPeople, and AC Logistics participated in the Data Leadership Program held from June 4 to 6, at Ayala’s headquarters in Makati.
Ayala President and CEO Bong Consing, iPeople COO Fred Ayala, and Ayala Corporate Strategy and Business Development Group Head Mark Uy
