The Ayala Way Vol. 5 No. 24
Ayala Beats @ 190
More than 8,000 employees in the Ayala group gathered on March 8 at Ayala Triangle Gardens—and about 3,200 joined online—for Ayala Corporation’s 190th anniversary celebration, dubbed “Ayala Beats @ 190.” The conglomerate marked the milestone with the much-anticipated JZA Cup Street Dance Competition, a concert with top Filipino artists, free-flowing food and drinks, and a donation drive. The event paid tribute to Ayala’s people, who exemplify shared values of excellence, integrity, and commitment to nation building and contribute to the company’s success, legacy, and resilience.
AC Industrials Dynamics defend their title as JZA Cup Street Dance Champions; celebrating with them are AC Chief HR Officer Paco Romero Milán, AC Industrials Co-CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, Bong Consing, and JAZA.

“[This celebration] also embodies our core value of malasakit. In exchange for their tickets to tonight’s concert, our employees have generously contributed hygiene kits, which will benefit the inmates of Bilibid Prison, women’s correctional facilities, schools, and families within our community. This act of kindness and compassion truly reflects the heart of Ayala."
AC Chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala
“Tonight is such a joyful milestone as our company would not have reached this landmark without our people who continue and will always be the source of Ayala’s strength, success, and relevance. I am proud of and thankful for all of you who have helped Ayala weather many storms, tapped the potential of so many opportunities, and allowed our company to be such a key contributor to the economy and history of our country."
