AC Service Portal - The AC official ticketing app

Through the month of January 2024, we have soft launched the new AC Service Portal by conducting sessions to showcase the functionality and ease of use of the app. Through these sessions, we have worked with users through their suggestions and feedbacks to improve and fine-tune the app before the official launch. This also served as the period for the IT team to transition from the previous tool. 

Effective February 1, 2024, the AC Service Portal will officially replace the Kaseya ticketing tool with the following primary features:

  • Service Requests – Email Creation, Zoom Support, etc.
  • Incidents – Laptop Issues, Wifi Connection, etc.
  • Other Service Management Processes – Changes, Problems, etc.

The IT team hopes to make accessibility and usage much easier:

  • Login - Microsoft SSO Login same as other AC Apps like AC Portal and AC Zoom App
  • Accesibility - Can be used inside or outside the AC network
  • Devices - Responsive interface supports both laptops and mobile phones
  • Channels - Use the app through browsers, iOS and Android mobile app and MS Teams Chatbot
