Mandatory Windows 11 Migration Due to Windows 10 End of Support

Dear AC Employees,

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment, we would like to remind you that Windows 10 is approaching its End of Support. After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates, bug fixes, or technical support for Windows 10. To ensure continued security, performance, and access to the latest features, we are requesting all employees to upgrade to Windows 11 at your earliest convenience.  A detailed step by step procedure is provided below for your easy reference. The upgrade process is expected to take approximately 1–2 hours.  Before starting the upgrade, kindly ensure that your laptop is plugged in and that you have a stable internet.
