NEW Features in AC ZOOM CONFERENCE CALL

System Affected: Zoom Meeting Reservation

Impact: Very low to None

 

Effective October 1, 2023 the following NEW Features in our AC Zoom Meeting reservation will be available:

  1. Automatic sending of Host Key to Meeting Requestor.

 

 

  1. Automatic sending of zoom meeting cloud recordings link and passcode to Meeting Requestor.

 

  1. Automatic deletion of Zoom Videocall Recordings from cloud storage based on retention limit of 30 days.
