SAP SuccessFactors is Ayala Corporation’s  new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). As a leading cloud-based platform for human capital management, it empowers organizations to efficiently manage a wide range of HR processes.

Our implementation will occur in three waves, allowing us to seamlessly integrate our HR modules over the coming months. This phased approach ensures that each module is thoroughly tested and tailored to meet the specific needs of our organization, enhancing our HR capabilities and overall employee experience.
